Victory Lane Camp connects families with and without disability through camp to build a lasting community throughout the calendar year and beyond.
Since 2016, PIC has worked with community based organizations to fundraise, share development knowledge, and help each other reach our humanitarian goals. PIC emphasizes equality with our partners through cooperative effort, breaking down the economic and social walls that separate and divide us. Recent work includes project development and grant writing in Kenya, fundraising for secondary education scholarships in Lake Victoria communities, and researching how partners can better communicate.
Our purpose is to create communities where adults with disabilities can discover a world of possibilities and achieve independence according to their abilities. Currently 90% of adults with disabilities are living at home with their aging parents. This cannot continue. Two Sparrows Village will provide day program and residential options for families with special needs adults who have aged out of the school system.
